Senior Talent Advisor

The position

 

The incumbent is responsible for the end-to-end  execution and steering of Recruiting processes with close proximity to the business. The recruiter proactively and autonomously steers, monitors and follows up on the end-to-end recruiting process adherence with all involved parties and interfaces (esp. Hiring Manager, Candidates, HR-internal interfaces and employee representation bodys). 

 


Tasks and responsabilities

 

  • Align the needs with the Hiring Manager during Kick off.
  • Source candidates within the existing BI talent pools and include them in the respective individual recruiting process. 
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
  • Assessing Candidates: Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements. 
  • Conduct phone screens with candidates as appropriate (focus on senior candidates in Recruiting Level 2-3). 
  • Compare candidate skills and competencies for matches to current or other potential openings. 
  • Deploy assessment tools as needed/required.
  • Preparing and presenting a diverse candidate slate to the hiring manager.

 


Requirements

 

  • Minimum of five years recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate or RPO setting.
  • Advanced Portuguese.
  • Advanced English.
  • Intermediate Office (Pivot Tables, filters).
  • Recruiting experience in operative roles is a plus.
