Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract with our client in Eagan, MN. 100% Remote.
Job Description:
The Business Analyst (BA) will execute on small, medium, and large projects as a liaison among business operations, technology groups, clients, business partners, vendors, and project/program team to understand, analyze, and facilitate business needs, requirements, and impacts of business changes as a result of strategic initiatives, operational changes, compliance requirements, client needs, and technology or operational improvements. Additionally, this role will participate with leadership and implement the best practice activities for Business Analysis.
Execute independently on medium sized projects or as part of a team of Client on large sized or complex projects working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure superior customer and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and validate business needs with project team
Participate in stakeholder analysis and identify subject matter experts needed for work effort
Assess capability gaps, determine solution options and approach, and define solution scope
Plan overall business analysis approach and activities for projects including user acceptance testing
Prepare for, conduct, and document elicitation sessions
Manage requirements traceability to solution scope, objectives, system requirements, and testing
Adherence to business analysis discipline and standards in accordance with the client's Project Lifecycle methodology.
Required Basic Qualifications:
Be able to work in a Waterfall environment
Document requirements into an Excel template
Healthcare or PBM Experience
Resource will need to be a self-starter
Resource will need to demonstrate their experience documenting functional requirements
Resource will need to be able to independently drive a requirements gathering session
Demonstrate that they can ask good questions and document the answers well
They do not have any user stories
They create functional requirements primarily for the projects that they are assigned to
PBM experience is preferred
Resource should be able to juggle 6-8 projects at any given time
Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $50.00-$57.00
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
