Job Description:

Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

What You’ll Do as a Pediatric LPN:

  • Provide high-quality, hands-on nursing care with compassion and professionalism

  • Assess, observe, and document patient conditions and changes

  • Perform essential nursing procedures with skill and sound judgment

  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care

  • Adapt to patient needs, providing flexibility and support in various situations

  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA privacy regulations to protect patient confidentiality

  • Uphold Elara Caring’s mission and commitment to excellence in home healthcare

What You’ll Need:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

  • At least one year of LPN experience

  • Ability to lift 50-100 pounds

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

  • Willingness to travel within the designated area (about 50%)
