Our client in East Longmeadow is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their team. You will be instrumental in ensuring machinery operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of the production process.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator

Set up machines for production runs by adjusting controls, aligning materials, and loading raw materials as needed.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and repair minor issues as they arise, reporting any major concerns to the maintenance team.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed while operating machinery to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Adhere to company policies and industry regulations related to quality and safety.

Requirements of the Machine Operator

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong understanding of machinery, tools, and equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
