| Job Description: |
NSI Electro-mechanical Technicians perform a wide variety of duties associated with Industrial X-Ray system production, installation, and reporting.
$1,500 Sign on bonus for successful candidates
What you will do:
Mechanical assembly of capital equipment per drawings, written or verbal instructions
Fabrication of components per engineered drawings or verbal instructions to include cutting, drilling and tapping
Electrical assembly per schematics
Wire and cable termination to panel
Cable routing
System power-up and troubleshooting
Motion programming
Imaging testing (training provided)
Preparation of equipment or systems for shipment
System installation at customer’s site which includes:
Travel required up to 35% for installations, no stay longer than 2 weeks, typical around 5 days.
Domestic and international travel required for installations
