Job Summary:

A Mechanical Engineer uses strong problem solving skills, in a structured approach to resolve technical and operational issues. This onsite role at our Batavia, OH location applies complex engineering/design practices to create engineering work products, manages assigned projects, and ensure compliance with standard processes, on-time delivery, error-free designs.

Work You'll Do:

Works independently to solve technical problems and deliver engineering solutions.
Understand requirements and converts requirements into engineering work products.
Respond to requests from Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, and other functional groups.
Demonstrates Milacron values.
Takes full accountability of personal work.
Works within set priorities for workflow.
Develops and proposes solutions to difficult problem.

Basic Qualifications:

2 Years of Progressive Engineering experience
BS Engineering or equivalent combination of education/experience/training plus additional specialized training related to the position.
Proficient in MS Office tools
Problem solving skills based on structured data analysis.
