Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ELA Middle School Teacher to join our team at Heir Force Community School for the 2025-2026 school year. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational experiences of our students, utilizing innovative teaching methods and curriculum development strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students.
- Utilize learning technology to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
- Provide tutoring and additional support for students requiring extra assistance.
- Maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Ohio teaching license.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning is essential.
- Familiarity with learning technologies and their application in the classroom.
- Experience in special education or tutoring is a plus.
