As an Administrative Assistant, your primary role will be to facilitate daily operations within the office and provide excellent customer support. You will be tasked with managing office procedures, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining office policies.


    Responsibilities

    • Efficiently process customer credit applications

    • Maintain accurate customer credit records

    • Act as the point of contact for office administrative duties

    • Assist with billing, invoicing, and scheduling meetings and appointments as necessary

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
    • Experience in both inbound and outbound calls
    • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Excellent skills in data entry with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
    • Proven experience in answering inbound calls promptly and professionally
    • Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently and effectively
    • Experience in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating calendars
