The Work:

Bring the latest innovation and technology ideas in order to plan, deliver and execute technology projects and programs for Accenture or its clients. Work to ensure appropriate resources are mobilized and programs/projects/portfolios meet operational, contractual and economic commitments. May manage service quality, cost and leadership of the people delivering services across one client deal and/or country.

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years leadership and management skills (minimum project size 10 people)

  • Minimum of 3 years previous experience leading onshore and offshore teams

  • Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing large scale enterprise technology projects

  • Minimum of 3 years managing project budget ($300,000 minimum)

  • Minimum 5 years experience managing recruiting, staffing, people engagement, pyramid, mix, utilization, cost-to-serve and capacity of service delivery staff to optimize balance between cost and delivery targets

  • Minimum of 5 years experience overseeing/support the execution of delivery work across one or more clients or portfolios

  • Minimum of 5 years experience supporting the achievement of contract controllable income (CCI) targets, as well as cost-to-serve targets; deliver efficiencies through standard processes and synergies

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (certification preferred)

  • Scrum Master

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude

  • Proven team player and team builder

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture

  • Proficiency with MS Project

  • Risk Management Skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
