Job Description:
Are you a talented communicator who excels at fostering meaningful connections? Pro Staff is on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Minneapolis, MN.

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday
Pay: $16 - $17 per hour ($17 - $19 per hour for Bilingual Spanish candidates)

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
1 year of call center experience or 5+ years of customer service representative experience.
Proficient in data entry, customer service, communication, and time management.
Flexible to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and provide scripted information regarding class action or project inquiries.
Update the database with relevant information accurately.
Process paperwork, transcribe IVR calls, and assist with miscellaneous office tasks.
Provide professional and efficient support to internal and external clients.
