CLA is looking to grow its family by adding a Power Platform Developer to join our Digital Team.
Position Summary:
The Power Platform Developer will focus primarily on product development for client-facing solutions that CLA resells along with occasional direct client facing work. This primary focus is creating Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Pages, Dataverse, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, etc.) with opportunity for traditional application development with JavaScript, C#, and similar web technologies.
As a Power Platform developer and a key member of the M365 team, you will also be responsible for Platform development standards, and promoting and assisting Citizen development efforts.
Job Functions
Functional and technical knowledge of the Power Platform (Dataverse, Apps, Flows, Bots), SharePoint, Teams and related platforms within the M365 ecosystem.
Plan, design, develop and implement Power Platform solutions following development, compliance, governance, and security best practices, working alongside internal IT development teams as well as with business units and stakeholders.
Work with teams to ensure ALM and SDLC best practices are followed.
Ability to create Components, Solutions, and develop UI/UX standards and templates.
Participate in, or lead, sessions with customers to iteratively gather and refine requirements.
Provide technical advice to team members and help drive the adoption of Power Platform cloud solutions.
Requirements
*4 years of experience implementing custom applications solutions on the Microsoft platform including Azure native web solutions.
*2 years of experience implementing Power Platform solutions with specific knowledge of Model Driven apps and Power Pages.
*Customization/configuration experience with SharePoint, Teams, Office 365 and Dynamics 365
*Understanding of CI/CD and Azure DevOps preferred
Education
*Bachelor's Degree or experience acceptable in lieu of bachelor's degree.
