CLA is seeking to hire an eLearning Design Associate!
The eLearning Design Associate supports the development and maintenance of eLearning content at CLA.
How you'll create opportunities in this eLearning Design Associate role:
Create and deliver various modes of online learning (eLearning, videos, simulation, job aides, etc.)
Utilize instructional design techniques to assess, design and develop learning content.
Work with Subject Matter Experts to analyze learning need, recommend learning solution, design content (storyboard), create and develop eLearning, assess effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders on each project; build strategic internal relationships to promote confidence and trust in our online programs.
Adhere to quality and brand standards.
Implement and evaluate effectiveness of content and make adjustments as necessary.
Participate in and attend meetings and team activities related to curriculum design and development.
Work with members of the broader learning team on various connections (i.e. learning management system, instructors)
Utilize project management software to track project details to achieve project milestones.
Create inclusive courses to accommodate all learners.
What you will need:
Experience
Experience developing eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premier Pro or similar course authoring software or video platforms preferred.
Experience developing training solutions that are end-to-end from training needs analysis, to content gathering, designing, implementing and evaluating.
Experience incorporating gamification into learning preferred.
Experience with learning design following ADDIE methodology (Assess, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) or other.
Knowledge of learning management systems preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or related experience.
Certifications / Licenses
N/A
Technical Competencies
Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theories and principles
Strong computer aptitude including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
Travel Requirements
This position may require occasional travel.
