Junior Engineer - The Junior Engineer is primarily responsible for a hands on approach to assist in the improvements in our manufacturing processes. <P> Recommended Requirements: <LI> Knowledge of Solidworks <LI> Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances <LI> Interpret engineering drawings <LI> Can operate a CMM independently <LI> Solid PC skills and typing skills is a plus <LI> Ability to Type 50-60 words a minute minimum <LI> Ability to effectively meet and communicate with employees, customers, and vendors. <LI> Good written communication skills and effective organizational skills <P> Duties & Tasks: <LI> Works with the production team in a hands-on fashion, supporting the build of product <LI> Creates or modifies documentation and establishes standard procedures and work instructions for the fabrication and build of the product. <LI> Develop Bills of Operation (routings) for all products including time studies and efficiency evaluations <LI> Problem solving manufacturing issues <LI> Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: <LI> General 3D Printing Abilities <LI> Ability to setup a COBOT <LI> CNC Machining Skills a plus <LI> Ability to work with a sense of urgency under certain circumstances <LI> Knowledge on using an ERP system (ECI JobBoss) <LI> Ability to work independently and in a team environment
