Amentum is seeking a Finance Manager to support an upcoming INSCOM G-4 Global Intelligence Logistics and Engineering (GILE) Support contract. These services will support tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence units, personnel and their ground and aerial intelligence equipment and operations facilities and infrastructure and may occur from multiple locations simultaneously.

Essential Duties:

  • Perform complex analysis and develop plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program.  
  • Serve as a key technical expert on financial analysis issues, concerns and special projects.  
  • Participate in researching, establishing and defining program plan requirements; prepare detailed narrative to justify budget estimate and monitor execution.  
  • Coordinate interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers as required Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.  
  • Report, analyze and interpret financial and operating data.  
  • Conduct program plan studies. 
  • Supervise junior financial analysts and provide team leadership by defining program plan requirements. 
  • Participate in establishing and defining program plan requirements. 
  • Coordinate, negotiate and resolve financial compliance issues with various governmental agencies to ensure accurate interpretation of contract requirements. 
  • Interface with top management responding to requests for financial data. 
  • Brief program/project budget estimates/projections, shortfalls, over-runs, funding types, etc. 
  • Available to deploy to other countries and/or theaters to perform quick reaction technical support to US forces worldwide military contingency missions and requirements in potentially hazardous work environments. 
  • Able to perform all duties to ensure timely, courteous and quality support to INSCOM or other customers/affiliates. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must possess a U.S government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI). Some positions or assignments may require a polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree (in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration) or equivalent with a major or concentration in business, accounting, economics or mathematics
  • Minimum seven years of related (technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget development and/or government project administration) experience in fiscal management. 
  • Detailed knowledge of Government budget.
  • Must be willing to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations as needed.
