The Account Services Clerk is responsible for processing accounts payable transactions, including processing, verifying, and posting invoices according to established policies in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner as well as various other bookkeeping and record-keeping activities. Proper execution of accounting functions in the OTW ERP system, currently Made2Manage. The requirements for this position are as follows:

EDUCATION:
High school diploma required, Associates degree in a related field a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
One to three years in an Account / Finance setting preferred. The position requires excellent computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and a working knowledge of an ERP system.
LOCATION:
Ashland, Ohio
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process invoices and credit memos; matching up to any open purchase orders.
Communicate with buyers ensuring purchase orders are correctly priced and received, if there are discrepancies.
Ensure the correct coding of non-PO's and verify the correct authorization level has been obtained.
Efficiently and accurately enter invoices for payment into the ERP system.
Properly record dates to meet timing deadlines and discount opportunities.
Reconcile vendor statements.
Assist with transaction processing
This role is responsible for following up on audit requests.
Responsible for other projects as assigned.
