The Daikin Learning function of HR drives business value by providing excellence in people solutions learning to our internal customers. The Learning Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end learning program management in a variety of modalities. This role will work closely with Leaders, SMEs, Training/LMS Admin, HR, and the Daikin Corporate Learning leader to deliver excellence to our customers. Strong knowledge of leveraging technology for learning is key. This role will lead projects and will be expected to coordinate with both internal and external resources. The content offered through this Daikin Learning team includes: onboarding, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, HR Technology, performance management, and employee engagement and requires someone skilled in facilitating professional development in these areas.
What you will do:
Partner with instructors, leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver learning experiences that drive business results
Create innovative and collaborative learning environments that engage the participant, manager, SME, and stakeholder.
Manage multiple learning events and modalities simultaneously: ILT, VILT, blended, learning pathways and curation.
Responsible for end-to-end program management, working with training admin to ensure all administrative details are managed, including tracking, materials, communications, and if applicable, budgeting.
Responsible for measurement & assessment of learning effectiveness. Evaluate metrics to provide insights and recommendations to optimize solution.
Responsible for the management of multiple simultaneous projects directing the work of internal and external resources. Leverage standard learning project management practices and tools including charter, scope, schedule, risk, and dashboard. Accountable for projects to be delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
Partner with leaders, sponsors, and subject matter experts to identify learning opportunities that drive business results. Produce needs analysis, design documents, high impact learning maps, and learner personas that deliver innovative, performance-based learning outcomes. Identify opportunities to leverage learning and collaborative technologies to enhance the learner experience.
Facilitate learning sessions to all levels of the organization. Confidently and clearly present learning content on a variety of topics for in-person and virtual environments. Engage participants through interactive learning techniques. Manage group dynamics and demonstrate active listening skills.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Learning, Education or Human Resources
5 years Learning Program Management
3 years Project Management experience
5 years Facilitation experience
Ability to travel 20-25%
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Human Resource and Leadership training topics
Experience designing ILT, VILT, and technology-based learning solutions
Technology: SnagIt, Webex, Intrepid, Articulate, Cornerstone
Managing multiple modalities: Virtual Instructor Led, eLearning, Micro-learning, Intrepid Virtual Learning
