Qualifications

6+ years progressive field and office experience in route survey projects, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, DTM projects, and construction surveys using GPS survey techniques.
Excellent computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office, Auto CAD/Civil 3D and/or Micro Station.
Trimble survey equipment experience preferred.
Strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills.
Proven work history, strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record

Job Description

Travel to various jobsites to obtain necessary survey data and jobsite information.
Gather field survey data to determine precise location & measurements of points, elevations, and contours, etc.
Process survey data, ensuring compliance to applicable regulations and professional standards.
Perform simple surveying calculations, deed research, deed plotting and map checks.
Perform quality control checks of plats and drawings prepared by other technicians.
Ensure schedules and productivity objectives are achieved.
