Work you’ll do
- Apply strategic thinking and hypothesis-based consulting to frame complex questions into analytical problems and provide meaningful insights
- Translate conceptual questions into data-driven analyses to allow leaders to make informed decisions
- Utilize storyboarding and data visualization to effectively communicate key data insights to leadership
- Structure and guide modeling efforts utilizing large, complex data sets to underpin strategic recommendations
- Drive large, complex engagements, providing a forward-looking perspective and helping leadership make key decisions
- Support Finance and firm leadership with ad-hoc specialized analyses
- Work with key stakeholder groups to build cross-functional relationships across the organization
- Provide ad-hoc expertise on project framework, approach, tools and firm data to other teams
- Develop timelines, milestones, and metrics to effectively plan and execute projects; collaborate cross-functionally with firm leadership, Business leadership, FP&A teams (e.g., Finance Business Partners), and additional teams (e.g., Talent, Strategy) and inform stakeholders of project progress
- Advise on key messaging and presentation content to communicate the intended story and achieve business outcomes; Collaborate closely with stakeholders and senior leadership
- Provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership and support the decision-making process
- Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to staff to support professional development and advancement towards career goals

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related subject
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Data analysis, management, and visualization
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
- Advanced in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams)
- Project management
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Advanced education degree
- Experience in a professional services firm
- Experience with data science coding languages (Python, R, SQL)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000-$191,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
