General Job Description | This is a professional position responsible for directing a service-oriented and comprehensive compliance program to ensure that all athletics programs and institutional support areas and activities comply with NCAA, conference, and university regulations. Responsible for interpretation and implementation of NCAA rules and regulations, monitoring, reporting, and general support of the compliance efforts of all student-athletes, coaches, staff, and external constituents. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Reports to the Director of Athletics. |

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities | The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that the individual can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Physical Demands | |
Required Education | Bachelor’s degree in sports management, athletics administration, physical education, recreation, education, or a related field is required. |
Required Experience and Training | Two years of related experience is required. Experience with NCAA intercollegiate athletics is required. |
Preferred Qualifications | Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. Experience with NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletics is preferred. |
Special Conditions for Eligibility | This is a security-sensitive position subject to criminal record check. This is an IT-sensitive position subject to Computer and Network Security policy. |
