Landscape Laborer - 5 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 04/01/2025-12/15/2025. Employer: Martinez Landscaping, 1608 Blue Hill Rd, Stop #32, Germantown, NY 12526. Duties: Landscape maintenance: cut, edge, and weed lawns, rake, apply mulch in gardens, light pruning, clean ups. Employer to provide transportation to and from multiple work sites in Columbia county, from central location: 1608 Blue Hill Rd, Stop #32, Germantown, NY 12526. No education required, 2 months experience required. Employer will accept related experience. Work hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, 40 hours/week at $19.65/hour. 0 - 20 hours of OT/week available at $29.48/hr. A single workweek will be used to compute wages. Workers will be paid weekly on Saturday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.
