What you will do
Functional Support
Partner closely with key stakeholders and our Data Analytics and Master Data Team to develop and maintain the product roadmaps and ensure alignment with cost/value propositions, business strategy, and technical imperatives
Work with business partners to define and document requirements in the form of user stories, actionable tasks, and define acceptance criteria and prioritization.
Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog for assigned products
Demonstrate product and process improvement outcomes to stakeholders
Organize and facilitate technical discussions with the Data Analytics and Master Data Team as part of articulating and refining requirements
Analysis and Support
Collaborate with teams across IT and various business functions on best practices in developing a culture of high-performance
Provide support to Director of Business Engagement and Director of Data Analytics and Master Data
Become fully immersed with the Data Analytics and Master Data Team and be an active participant in team activities
Lead and participate in change management efforts to continuously improve existing processes surrounding demand management, product development, and project management activities

Solid grasp of manufacturing processes and how IT systems, infrastructure, and data support and optimize those processes

What you will need
High School Graduate or GED required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
Minimum two years of proven experience as an IT/Data Product Owner or similar role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and their interaction with IT systems
Minimum two years of Agile, preferably Scrum, experience
Experience in Manufacturing environments a plus
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is preferred
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or other Agile/Scrum platforms
Proven experience with SQL, Power BI, Excel, and SSRS tools
Understanding of Machine Learning Algorithms and Data Sciences technics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong organizational, communication, and team logistics skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
Strong analytical skills, planning skills, and ability to prioritize work effectively
Office environment
Some travel required up to 25%
Extended periods viewing computer monitor
Total Reward Details:
We're committed to providing an exceptional workplace experience, including a comprehensive total reward package. This position is eligible for our Incentive Plan. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience among other factors. Benefits are generally available after 30 days and include medical, dental, vision, life, disability coverage, employee assistance program, and 401k plan. Paid time off will include vacation days, personal days, and company holidays.
