Internet Sales Processor

One of the largest IT asset disposition companies in the world, EPC, is looking for an on-site Internet Sales Processor at our St. Charles, MO facility, no weekends or mandatory overtime required. Previous employment in a computer-related field, sales experience, A+ certification, and a degree in electronics or IT field are preferred but not required for this position.
This is one of EPC’s core services and directly contributes to our commitment to reuse and the circular economy. You will be a vital member of our remarketing team, helping put technology into the hands of consumers and keeping e-waste out of landfills.

Brief Summary of Duties:
- Applicant will assist customers through email, telephone and in person
- Assist in Invoicing pulling and packaging of equipment for shipment
- Prepare for sale IT type Equipment
- Assist in the remarketing of IT type equipment
- Use internal software (Everest and Iinvision) and Sixbits software used to list equipment online
Skills and/or Education Requirements:
- Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute with excellent written communication skills
- Must be able to frequently lift items that weigh 30 to 50 pounds
- Familiar with selling on eBay and other online sales venues
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Background working with PC type equipment
Experience Required:
- Must have a good working knowledge of IT equipment and it's value
- Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience and/or Education Preferred:
- A+ certified, Degree in Electronics or IT field
- Sales Experience
- Previous employment in computer related job

- Must be productive and able to work well with other
- Must be able to multitask, be outgoing, energetic and a self starter
- Must show initiative, with an above average work ethic
- Must be creative when it comes to marketing
- Must be an extremely fast learner
Previous employment in a computer related field, sales experience, A+ certification, and a degree in Electronics or IT field are preferred but not required.
