About our group:


RD Logistics department has responsibility for enabling faster delivery of RD experiments in a high-volume Wafer manufacturing facility. This enables Seagate's strategy of delivering ever larger capacity storage including next generation HAMR drives to our customers. Come be part of the team in one of the world's most technologically advanced factories.

About the role - you will:


Collectand analyze cycle time data
Observe and interviewoperators to understand barriers to success
Mapbusiness processes
CollectStakeholder input to design solutions
Implementsolutions in a timely manner
Present findings and solutions to Management
Manageseveral projects in parallel

About you:


Ability to communicate vertically and horizontally through numerous channels, utilize cross-functional network to complete goals
