2) Any experience as a maintenance electrician, service electrician, foreman or project leader.
3) Your Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician license number.

A criminal background check will be completed on final candidates. The selected candidate must be able to pass a post-offer pre-employment screen and hold a valid driver’s license to obtain Wisconsin certification to drive University vehicles. A six-month probationary period is required.
Starting rate of pay is $44.52 to $45.96 per hour, depending on leave time selection.

Position Summary | Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical wiring, equipment, and life safety and electrical control systems to ensure adequate, safe, and operable institutional facilities. This position will function as a member of Facilities Management providing customer service and relations to the University of Wisconsin-River Falls community. Employees are expected to be flexible in the performance of their job functions and to communicate openly with supervisors, co-workers, other departments, students and University employees. This position involves exercising individual initiative, judgement and creativity; applying cumulative, specialized and practical knowledge under minimal direction and supervision. The position frequently develops recommendations and estimates for installation of wiring and equipment to support campus electrical system projects. |
