Required Skills:
- Minimum of three years combined experience in an administrative assistant function, secretarial, and/or clerical role
- Experience handling confidential, sensitive business information and supporting executive level professionals
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook calendaring, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Multi-task and work independently
- Ability to travel between office locations as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a background check with the Minnesota Department of Human Services
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without a sponsor visa

Partnership Resources, Inc., a non-profit disability services provider in the Twin Cities/West Metro area, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant. We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who has a knack for organization and taking initiative. This person provides high-level coordination and administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team, Program Directors and Coordinators, and Board of Directors. This person also manages the front office at our Minneapolis Day Program.

Full-time non-exempt, Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM. This is an in-person position based out of NE Minneapolis.

Details:

- Quality assurance for numerous forms, reports and presentations
- Records management for documents regarding persons served, staff and Board of Directors
- Schedule, support and set up on and off-site meetings
- Create and compile meeting materials (agendas, pre-read material, presentations, surveys, and meeting summaries)
- Assist with fundraising and development including database maintenance, marketing communications, donor acknowledgments, event assistance, grant preparations, and agency newsletter
- Basic maintenance of agency website and social media platforms
- Work on behalf of the CEO to coordinate Board communications, schedule meetings, and maintain minutes
- Front office management such as greeting visitors, receiving and routing phone calls, coordinating building and equipment maintenance
- Order supplies and track inventory

Compensation:
- Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour depending on qualifications
