Job Purpose

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The IT PMO Intern will work directly with members of the IT PMO to experience the execution of a multi-year program to eliminate multiple global IT legacy systems. The PMO Intern will also learn Dana's Project Management Methodology (PMM) and assist in the governance of multiple active IT projects. Exposure to IT PMO operations, methodology and program management will be provided. Experience with project management tools, and executing projects is a plus. The ideal candidate is someone pursuing an IT degree with a business background, who would like to focus on project and program execution of IT related initiatives.

Requirements:


Minimum GPA of 3.0;
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT
Proficient with Microsoft Office software with the ability to learn and build computer proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word;
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high degree of accuracy;
Ability to work in a team environment;
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines;
Strong interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within and outside the organization in a professional manner;
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills;
Uncompromising judgment towards confidentiality and business ethics;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
