Northeast Family Services is seeking a Clinical Director to support the agency’s mission and core values!
The Clinical Director of Massachusetts is a Licensed Clinician (LICSW or LMHC) who, in partnership with the executive team, works collaboratively to help oversee services including Outpatient, In-Home Therapy (CBHI) and other programs as they are developed and assigned within the state of Massachusetts.
The Clinical Director is responsible for the effective management of services including oversight of quality, compliance, outcomes, staffing safety, service delivery, and financial performance. They will help to create and implement a region-wide behavioral health system across the continuum of care and will have oversight and management responsibilities over behavioral health options.
The Clinical Director is a data-driven leader who will partner with Program Directors and the QA team to ensure productivity and quality of care standards are met. This position will be the main contact between the VP of Massachusetts and the assigned state Program Directors.

An in-depth working knowledge of administration and operations with a strong emphasis on, and an understanding of, financial management, strategic planning, client care, quality assessment and improvement, risk management, employee relations and human resource management
