Responsibilities include:
- Manage kickoff Meetings with Design Team & Owner
- Manage Design Information issued by the Owner
- Manage Design and Proposal Deliverables in Proposal Development
- Manage Development of Design Solutions during Proposal and Design
- Manage A/E proposal and contracts
- Lead Weekly Design Coordination and Progress Meetings
- Participate in Bidding, Design and Risk Management strategies
- Encourage Innovation, Collaboration and Problem Solving in Design Solutions
- Review and Distribute Design Packages to Owners
- Manage Distribution of Comments & Feedback among Owner, BLHI and Design Team
- Lead Owner Design Review Meetings
- Manage/Distribute Design Deliverables among Estimating and Operations Teams
- Lead Design Reviews with Operations Teams to support Construction Launch
