YOUR ROLE

  • Defines and implements demand planning processes and strategy for the SBU in alignment with the overall SBU strategy.

  • Responsible for demand planning and forecasting KPIs.

  • Analyzes business specific supply chain situations and determines needed actions to be applied for a better forecast accuracy and high customer service level

  • Working closely with commercial teams, supply chain team, product line management and global demand planning network ensure future demand plans are developed, communicated, and needed capacity is planned.

  • Checks and ensures consistency of all sales planning processes (top down / bottom-up planning).

  • Supports supply chain disruption issues in working with cross functional teams.

  • Manages critical Escalations to Supply Chain team and Operations teams as required.

  • Leads efficiency and harmonization project along with SC / AO team.

  • Lead and participate in cross regional / cross SBU projects related to sales planning.

  • Manages demand planning team (coaching, developing, training, planning).

  • Performs slow mover monitoring and plans in order to decrease OSMI and scrap impact.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelors required / Master’s degree

  • 10+ years of experience or 6-8 years in supply chain, demand planning, or product line management roles, or 2+ in Marketing, Sales or Strategy Role.

  • Strong Analytical capability.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Leadership skills to lead and develop teams.

  • Capability to lead and influence cross functional and cross regional teams.

The salary for this role is $110,000- $150,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
