JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Assembly Technician, Belting Location:
Hartland, WI Job Id: 4202 \# of Openings: 1 Position Overview: This
position works within our Belting. The primary focus of this position
will be on cutting, splicing, heat-pressing, and final inspecting of
belt products both for in-house use and customer parts orders. Strict
safety and quality standards must be adhered to, in accordance with CMCO
Values. Location: Hartland, WI Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Basic math skills with the ability to understand decimals. Complies with
all safety procedures Must have good mechanical ability and be able to
work with and build from prints. Use of measuring equipment (i.e. tape
measures, calipers, etc.) This person must display initiative, have a
positive attitude, be dependable, have safe working habits, and have a
good overall attendance record Maintain a clean and safe working
environment Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities: Basic
computer, measurement, and math skills. Strong communication skills for
dealing with co-workers and management. Self-directed with the ability
to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once. Experience with
Epicor ERP a plus Required Qualifications: Must be able to work Overtime
Meet attendance & punctuality requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
