ABOUT THIS POSITION
This Internship will involve partnering with sales ops & internal stakeholders to identify areas of process improvement, assist in tracking multiple projects and objectives, increase internal team efficiency, and provide analytical support.
The internship will require developing an understanding of Sales Ops processes, people, and technology used to support the business. We are looking for an analytical, strategic thinking, motivated individual who is passionate about driving meaningful change at a rapidly growing company.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
Build understanding and expertise of Sales Ops processes,data, and systems
Establish great relationships and become a partner to key stakeholders
Learn how to improve workflows and bring tremendous value to the business
Help gather requirements and prioritize valuable projects
Use Power BI and/or Excel for analysis & insights
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Requirements:
Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in project management, business administration, data & analytics, management information systems, or similar field
Required Experience:
Project management experience with developing timelines and managing details of projects and programs
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze significant amounts of data from various sources
Must display the highest level of critical thinking to weigh alternatives and present solutions
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and simplify complex ideas and systems to leadership
Competent user of MS Office Suite: Excel, Powerpoint, Word
Continuously curious and investigative by nature
Preferred Experience:
Highly competent with MS Excel - able to use Pivot Tables, VLookups and other similar excel functions
DevOps Backlog prioritization, Kanban, or other project management tools/processes
Data analysis experience
Power BI or other data visualization tools such as Tableau
Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM application
Experience with SQL queries
