Services Intern Department of Health & Human Services Hourly Pay:
\$15.00 Job Summary: One part-time internship opportunity is available
to work and learn from the Adult Protective Services (APS) team. This
intern will gain valuable experiences by assisting in conducting
individual assessments of basic needs, providing outreach, and
supporting other programmatic needs. This opportunity will provide the
intern education related to operational aspects of services offered in
APS. Job Duties: Conduct basic needs assessments to determine
appropriate types of community-based referrals or provide supports to
individuals served. Send appropriate referrals for services as
identified in the assessment. Provide support to data entry needs daily.
Compile data from assessments conducted by Human Services Worker\'s and
evaluate information. Attend and support community outreach events to
share awareness of APS program and activities. Participate in team
meetings, committees, and workgroups to maintain effective
