Job Title: Invoicing Representative (this is a temp to perm opportunity). Location: Freeport, NY Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible schedule/ possible work during weekends) Whats the Job? Enter into database, review and prepare accurate invoices to clients based upon invoices received from vendors. Communicate and coordinate with clients, vendor offices and field technicians. Provide superior customer service to Clients. Whats Needed? 1+ year of experience with billing and collecting payments (required). Outstanding attentions to details. Great organization and communication skills. Ability to multitask. *looking for candidates with experience in invoicing and billing, along with great customer service skills. In addition, candidates will perform data entry on a daily basis, therefore they need to be good typers as they will be required to take a typing test after the interview.
