Job Description

 
Job responsibilities include: handling leads provided by the office manager, scheduling estimates, meeting potential clients, surveying work needed to be done and providing an accurate estimate. Soliciting local businesses that may be in need of Asphalt paving or seal coating. Culminating relationships with other contractors to ensure a future working relationship. Following up on estimates to secure work, touching base with homeowners and business owners after work is completed to ensure a satisfied customer. Seeking motivated employee with sales and paving/construction experience. Must be a self starter, very personable and able to build relationships with current and potential clients. Must be organized and pay attention to detail to ensure accurate estimates and job scheduling. Must be a team player to allow for smooth operations between management and the paving crew. Wage is $650 weekly plus commission.
