| Required Skills: | WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Clinical Trainee
-Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
-Working towards licensure as an LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT
-Clearance from DHS and sexual exploitations screening.
-Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Mental Health Professional
-Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
-Licensed as an LP, LICSW, LMFT or LPCC
-Clearance from DHS and sexual exploitations screening
-Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
-Two years’ experience in outpatient therapy
-Medicare Eligible Provider
-SPMI, ARMS, ACT Team, TCM or community based experience
-Waite Park – Experience in being a child and adolescent provider with clients 0-5
-St Cloud - Experience in being a child and adolescent provider with clients 6+ years
-A passion to work in community based mental health
-Excited to learn and grow within a supportive team environment |
| Preferred Skills: | COMPENSATION
Unlicensed Therapist Target Range - $55,000-$65,000 (based degree level, licensure & experience)
Licensed Therapist Target Range - $70,000-$85,000 (based degree level, licensure & experience)

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Therapists help treat our clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental disorders within a family driven and trauma informed framework. The Duties may include but are not limited to:
-Provide therapy to individuals, family, and groups in an out-patient setting.
-Perform diagnostic assessments to determine a recipient’s eligibility for mental health services.
-Respond appropriately to crisis situations and rapid screen needs of clients.
