HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM (Overview & Key Responsibilities):
Identify and support implementation of enterprise-wide cost reduction supply chain programs, distribution network optimization, and supply chain process improvement opportunities
Work with Lube-Tech Supply Chain Team members to develop strategic project plans
Assist/support Supply Chain and other enterprise-wide cross-functional teams through each specific business project during internship period
Obtain deeper understanding of Lube-Tech's JDE ERP system and support supply and demand planning initiatives
Function within the guidelines of the Lube-Tech purpose and values; demonstrate servant leadership with ability to build a strong collaborative team. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of our teammates.
Perform data collection, data analysis, and provide Lube-Tech leadership with sound, data-driven, business recommendations
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Education:
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Systems Engineering, or related field required
Preferred Experience and/or Training:
Previous internship/co-op experience or relevant work experience
Experience via student organizations such Supply Chain Management Association,
Volunteerism or similar activities
Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
Analytical and creative problem resolution abilities
Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
