We currently have exciting opportunities available for Production Machine Operators at our high profile Minneapolis, MN union plant location.

What You'll Do:
Follow all company established methods, policies, rules, practices, and procedures to ensure employee safety, product quality, and efficient operations.
Assist with line start-up and shutdown according to procedures.
Assist with set-up styles, including necessary adjustments, by use of set-up sheets/guidelines
Develop, monitor, and maintain input reports; check quality at start of shift and ensure qualify of all product throughout shift.
Maintain a clean line, adhere to all plant safety, quality, and attendance policies.
Maintain communication as neccessary with shift supervisor and lead operator to ensure acceptable quality, efficiencies, and material utilization.
Demonstrate team building and dedication.
Follow detailed procedures to operate moving machinery.
Experience/Skills:
Manufacturing experience required
Regular, punctual attendance required
Basic computer skills required - must be able to use computer for data collection
Basic mechanical skills preferred
Forklift experience helpful
Basic mathematical skills
Read and comprehend English
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to bend, squat, twist, reach, push, pull, & reach above shoulder height
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Effective communication skills
All applicants must pass a pre-employment physical, background check and drug screen
Schedule:
Day Shift 7:00am - 7:00pm
Night Shift 7:00PM - 7:00AM

Week #1- Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday (48 hours)
Week #2- Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday (36 hours)

Competitive pay starting at $21.44/hour; increases to $25.61/hour after 90 calendar days
$.75/hour shift differential
$1500.00 Sign On Bonus after 90 calendar days of service completed
