We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Service Advisor (Spanish/English) to join our dynamic team.

As a Bilingual Service Advisor (Spanish/English), you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish- and English-speaking customers and service employees, providing expert guidance and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and identifying their vehicle service needs
  • Consulting with customers and service employees in both Spanish and English to understand their concerns and issues
  • Recommending appropriate maintenance services or repairs based on customer needs and vehicle diagnostics
  • Providing accurate estimates for service work and obtaining customer approval
  • Scheduling service appointments and coordinating service timelines to meet customer expectations
  • Communicating updates on vehicle status and any additional recommendations in a clear and professional manner
  • Partnering with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of service work
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintaining accurate service records and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information to customers clearly and understandably.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using automotive service software and tools, especially CDK preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with six points or less.
