Plastic Process Technician Job in Berkshire County
Salary:  $23-$36/hr
Schedule:  2nd shift, Mon-Thurs., 4p-2a (potential overtime)

An Injection Molding Process Technician's primary job is to set up, monitor, operate, and troubleshoot plastic injection molding machines. This position requires specialized knowledge of materials, specific tools, and equipment. Troubleshooting tasks might include dealing with inconsistent material, faulty equipment, human error, and preventing defects from occurring.  Ideal candidates will have experience working on the floor of a manufacturing plant, be comfortable working with different parts of the production process and be able to work well with a team in a high-pressure work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and processes are set to regulation parameters and meet quality standards and all production goals.
- Set up and start up molding machines, read blueprints, and check products with calipers and other testing methods and devices.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot processing problems, perform preventative maintenance tasks, and document process changes.

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience
- Able to supervise 8-12 employees
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills

$3000 sign on Bonus after completion of 90 Days of employment.
