Job Description


We are seeking a qualified individual with technical training and experience in automation control production to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC programming, tool sampling, and process optimization. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize technical expertise gained from a 3-year technical training program and additional technician training to implement standardized tool qualification procedures and complete sampling documentation for production startup.
- Conduct systematic tool sampling internally and with external suppliers/customers to ensure product quality and process optimization.
- Execute function sampling and determine relevant process parameters for automation tasks.
- Independently perform qualification runs and review and modify documentation according to specifications.
- Provide process engineering expertise in cross-divisional and cross-location team meetings, collaborating with Quality, Production, and Mold Engineering departments.
- Maintain a clean room work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation control production.
- Technical proficiency in PLC source code (Siemens, Allen Bradley).
- Good understanding of plastics processing properties.
- Strong IT-user skills, including MES, SAP, and MS-Office.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Action-oriented, conscientious, and flexible.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic intercultural competence.
- High analytical ability and adaptability to new situations.
