Aerotek Production Planner in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Position: 1st Shift Production Planner (Direct Placement)

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining the planning schedule (3 months and beyond) for all manufacturing lines. In this role, the production planner will be required to gather and process information from a number of manufacturing inputs (materials, equipment and resource availability, etc.) to establish production plans that are achievable and in line with department goals and objectives. Ensures optimal utilization of LTS resources to meet production demands.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in the pharmaceutical or contract manufacturing industry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.

  • Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours as needed.

Interview Process:

  • 30-minute Teams interview with hiring manager

  • If the hiring manager likes them, then a 1.5-2-hour onsite interview will be scheduled with them and the team.

  • Holiday Pay:

  • 1-5 years = 80 hours 6-11 years = 120 hours 12-25 years = 160 hours 25+ = 200 hours

  • The company will provide educational assistance in the form of reimbursement to eligible employees up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year, for coursework at a degree or certificate granting institution at either high school, vocational, college or graduate level
