Job Description

If you are looking for a collaborative work environment where you'll have the opportunity to be part of a team on the forefront of one of the most advanced satellite constellations in the world, then you will be excited about the Risk Management Analyst openig for a project. As a Risk Management Analyst, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and autonomously implementing ideas and solutions as it relates to program Risk, Issues, and Opportunities. You will work closely with the development team to anticipate future requirements, develop, and evaluate plans that meet the urgent operational needs of the customer.



This position requires an active/current Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)



What You'll Do:

* Work independently to assess and develop recommendations/documentation for risk mitigation requirements by conducting mission and requirements analysis

* Provide technical writing assistance in the development of Basis of Efforts (BOE)

* Be responsible for assigned documentation within the SharePoint, Teams, or other relevant databases or tools

* Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) Risk Opportunity Working Group Meetings

* Participate in technical meetings to capture risk and opportunity information as it is discussed to manage risk mitigation measures to achieve an acceptable risk level. Provide meeting support such as scheduling, notes, and action tracking.

* Be responsible for maintaining, tracking, and updating relevant technical/risk documentation

* Lead interviews with technical and management stakeholders at all levels to help identify and document program related risks, opportunities, and issues

* Collaborate with program leadership to assess risks and provide recommendations for improvement

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field, OR relevant experience in lieu of a degree

* Active Secret Clearance or US Citizen willing and able to obtain a Secret Clearance

* 8+ years of relevant experience with program execution Risk Management processes and best practices

* Experience with federal acquisition and working on multi-million-dollar programs

* Possess an analytical mindset, with the ability to understand a situation or problem and think critically to make decisions and come up with out-of-the-box solutions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience with satellite systems, networking, and operations

* Experience with Agile processes and best practices

* Project Management Accreditation (APMP, PMI or equivalent)
