Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or similar field
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, sales or marketing operations, financial planning and analysis, operational reporting, or combination of above with Paycom experience
- 3+ years’ experience as a business partner to executive-level leadership
- 3+ years’ management experience
- Experience with CRM systems and data visualization tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related quantitative field
Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience leading data management, business intelligence and/or data science teams
- 3+ years’ experience with database technologies
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities are required.
- Strong business-partnering skills with senior sales management.
- Experience leading and providing direction to an experienced, technical team of reporting analysts.
- Understanding of solution architecture, technical integration, architecture methodologies
- Ability to effectively communicate complex topics to a broad audience including technical and non-technically driven functions.
- Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication skills with ability to influence
- Demonstrated consistent delivery on commitments, while managing competing priorities
- Ability to work independently, with general guidance on ambiguous objectives
- Microsoft office (i.e., Word, Excel)
- Collaborative leadership
