We are looking for a sales-driven Ambassador/ Account manager with excellent communication skills to join our Core Diagnostics team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand existing accounts.

  • Improve customer relationships and account profitability.

  • Provide first-line support.

  • Act as the primary contact for customers.

  • Drive account growth through strategic management and post-sale implementation.

  • Focus on new product and menu expansions, and support sales.

  • Prepare and conduct regular business reviews.

  • Manage and negotiate long-term contract renewals.

  • Implement new tests and business intelligence software, providing training and coaching to customers.

  • Oversee the progress of the cross-functional implementation team with the project manager.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 1-3 years of experience in the diagnostics industry, focusing on managing and expanding existing accounts, improving customer relationships, and providing first-line support.

  • Proven track record in a similar role, supported by management and customer references.

  • Excellent product and industry knowledge in IVD.

  • Strong solution-oriented sales and relationship skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to identify and solve problems independently.

  • Long-term, strategic focus on accounts.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
