    We are in the process of recruiting a Benefits Support Analyst for our team located in Houston, Texas. The individual will be a pivotal team member with an emphasis on systems, Benefits knowledge will be instrumental in ensuring customer success. The role will involve translating clients’ needs into product specifications for software enhancements and acting as a subject matter expert in the Benefits functional area.


    Responsibilities:

    • Support customers throughout the complete project lifecycle, from sales to implementation and support.

    • Address and resolve Benefit related support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

    • Act as a conduit for knowledge transfer, sharing insights on Benefits practices and processes with both clients and internal team members.

    • Engage in user training preparation and delivery, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our software for customers.

    • Document and map customer business processes and third-party integrations, identifying areas for increased client satisfaction during the sales or implementation process.

    • Undertake quality assurance tasks, testing tickets related to Benefits to ensure optimal functionality.

    • Serve as a liaison between clients and our business, effectively communicating client needs regarding software functionality and performance.

    • Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field

    • Proficiency in 401k

    • Strong auditing skills are required

    • Must have a deep understanding of benefit functions

    • Experience in claim administration is necessary

    • Proficiency in Cobra administration is essential
