Job Description

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Develops and maintains assigned provider
relationships. Provides onboarding education/outreach, handles provider
appeals, and resolves escalated provider issues. Reviews provider
requests for inclusion in assigned territories and assists in analyzing
impact to determine approval. Manages on-going provider needs relative
to program roll-outs and medical policy change communication. Ensures
that provider data is accurate. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree or
equivalent experience in related field, plus 5 years of work experience
beyond degree Skills Abilities: Metavance system knowledge or claims
research experience preferred Experience with provider data setup
preferred Familiarity with provider contracts preferred Ability to work
independently and can manage priorities appropriately Must possess
strong organizational, time management, verbal and written communication
skills Strong attention to detail Ability to manage large volumes of
work in a fast paced environment Strong interpersonal and
relationship-building skills This position is a Hub role, which requires
an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office -
Madison, WI - for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by
business need as decided by leadership. The full salary range for this
position is \$54,100 - \$92,800. Annual salary range placement will
depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education,
work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the
position\'s scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external
market salary data. In addition to compensation, Medica offers a
