Position at Lifespark

Sugar Loaf, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA to join our growing team.
Sugar Loaf Senior Living is conveniently located on Mankato Avenue in Winona, MN. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently since 2012 in our gorgeous 80-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part-Time AM and Part-Time NOC positions available
HHA Wage: $17-$22/HR
CNA Wage: $19-$24/HR
Shift Differential: $1 PM, $2 Overnight

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:


CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.

Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.

Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:


Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Strong interest in healthcare.

Positive, compassionate attitude.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
