Amherst. Laux Sporting Goods. Office Clerk. $17 - $18.50/hour. Laux Sporting Goods corporate office is looking for an energetic, dependable individual who can maintain a positive and friendly attitude with solid computer skills. Responsibilities * Assisting Administrative team with general office duties * Assist in answering inbound phone calls and connect to appropriate team members * Assist with Ecommerce customer service * Conduct administrative functions relating to customer service needs * Assist with order entry * Data entry * Scan and update electronic files * Assist with accounts payable * Contact vendors to address order errors Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Professional and courteous demeanor * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to learn quickly, specifically in regard to software and computer systems * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel * Experience with ERP * Organized, detail orientated, and resourceful * Ability to work successfully in teams with co-workers Education and Experience * High school or equivalent (Preferred) * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) To apply, forward cover letter and resume to: ascholz@lauxspotinggoods.com
