Position: Production Technician / Material Technician / Assembly

• Location: Macungie, PA

• Employment Type: Permanent – Full Time

• Work Schedule & Shift: Monday–Friday. (Hours subject to change based on production demands and seniority. Overtime is required)

• Starting Compensation: $19.75 per hour for material technician and $20.71 for production technician, plus 6% shift differential (for 2nd & 3rd shift), along with a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Production Technician you will be responsible for working on our assembly lines in the production of heavy-duty trucks. Positions require to:

• Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance.

• Use of air and hand tools, torque equipment, the reading of blueprints, truck specification sheets, and job instructions.

• Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.

• Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of our customers and plant operations.

• Work as part of a team in the production of our vehicles.

As a Material Technician you will be responsible for working on our assembly lines in the production of heavy-duty trucks. Positions require to:

• May be required to operate a forklift, cherry picker, tuggers, high stackers

• Read and understand order tickets

Successful candidates must:

• Be able to lift up to 50lbs. on a frequent basis.

• Be flexible to work first, second, and/or third shift

• Be able to work in a standing, bending, and/or stretching position.

• Be able to have regular and punctual attendance

• Be able to work any company assigned shift – first, second, and third shift

• Have a High School Diploma/equivalent or higher education.

• Have a stable work history.

• Manufacturing experience or a general understanding of a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Como Técnico de Producción será responsible de trabajar en nuestra línea de ensamblaje en la producción de camiones pesados. Esta posicion require:

• Adherencia a todas las regulaciones, legislacion, políticas, y procedimientos aplicables en materia de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.

• Uso de herramientas neumáticas, equipo de torsión, lectura de planos, hojas de especificación de camiones, e instrucciones de trabajo.

• Configurar y operar con el equipo de producción de acuerdo con los procedimientos estándares de produccion.

• Cumplimiento de las expectativas y requisitos de nuestros clientes y las operaciones de la planta.

• Trabajar en equipo en la producción de nuestros vehículos.

Como Técnico de Materiales será responsable de trabajar en nuestras lineas de ensamblaje en la producción de camiones pesados. Esta posicion require:

• Disponibilidad para operar con carretillas, grúas, remolcadores, apiladores altos.

• Ser capaz de leer e interpretar correctamente los tickets/ordenes correspondientes a los pedidos.

Los candidatos selecionados deben ser capaces de:

• Levantar hasta 50lbs. de manera frecuente.

• Tener flexibilidad para trabajar en cualquiera de los turnos (primero, segundo, y/o tercero).

• Trabajar de pie, caminando, agachados y arrodillados.

• Garantizar una asistencia puntual y regular.

• Tener un nivel de Ingles suficiente como para hablar con fluidez, leer y escribir.

• Estar en posesion de un Diploma de Escuela Secundaria/equivalente o educación superior.

• Tener un historial laboral estable.

Preferible experiencia en produccion o como minimo estar familiarizados con el ambiente de trabajo en una planta de produccion.
