    We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. As a vital leader in the organization, you’ll ensure the balance between employee satisfaction and business objectives while driving initiatives such as recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall company objectives.
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to ensure a seamless and supportive employee experience.
    • Manage and administer compensation, benefits, and budget planning.
    • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and the development of performance improvement plans.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies across all levels of the organization.
    • Provide guidance to managers on HR-related concerns and best practices.
    • Develop and conduct training programs to foster professional growth and compliance awareness.
    • Monitor and analyze key HR metrics, providing actionable insights and strategies to leadership.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) are preferred.
    • Previous experience in an HR leadership role; minimum of 5 years managing HR teams.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and best practices.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
    • Experience with HRIS tools and systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance employee needs with organizational priorities.
